We take a holistic approach to health and well-being which extends way beyond facial aesthetics. In view of witnessing many close patients of ours going through hormonal changes, the need for changes in our practice became apparent.
With the increased demand for menopause support, having undertaken extensive training in this important topic, we began our popular menopause club. Our safe hub is where we discuss the menopause, skin health, mental and physical health of the women with emphasis on medication and cosmetic treatments and holistic care.

The British Menopause Society (BMS) concluded that the menopause is; the time in a woman’s life when her periods stop as a result of the reduction and loss of ‘ovarian reproductive function’. Ovaries include the hormones oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. When a woman approaches the menopause, less oestrogen is produced causing her body to behave differently.
This process is usually a gradual one that progresses over several years. Oestrogen also plays an important role in maintaining bone and heart health as well as brain function during the reproductive years.
